Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena zejména na problematiku právních institutů konkursu a insolvence, přičemž podrobně se věnuji jejich průběhu a příčinám. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a objasnit problematiku ?konkursu a insolvence?, v rovině historické a právní, přiblížit tyto instituty a dále pak začlenit dané téma do kontextu sociální pedagogiky.
Abstract:
This work is focused on the issue of legal institutions in bankruptcy and insolvency, while in Austria and pays particular attention to detail dutiny the bankruptcy proceedings. Its aim is to describe and clarify the issue ?of bankruptcy and insolvency? in the historical and legal terms and then incorporate the issue into the context of social pedagogy.
