Value of historic architecture office in relation to the quality of the environment

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is devoted to the value of historical architecture of mansion in relation to the quality of the environment. The theoretical part defines terms related to architecture, its history and development. It also includes an explanation of terms such as the environment, its protection, in relation with the economy and architecture. The second part, or Application part of the thesis is devoted to expert's assessment of historical mansion, which includes the using of methods for the valuation obtained during the study and with usage of literature and legislation.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa venuje problematike hodnoty historickej architektúry sídla vo vzťahu ku kvalite životného prostredia. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené pojmy ktoré súvisia s architektúrou, jej históriou a vývojom. Taktiež obsahuje vysvetlenie pojmu ako životné prostredie, jeho ochrana, vzťah s ekonomikou a architektúrou. Druhá, čiže aplikačná časť bakalárskej práce sa venuje znaleckému posudku kaštieľa, ktorá zahrňuje použitie metód oceňovania nadobudnutých štúdiom a spracovaním literatúry a legislatívy.
