Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnávaním aspektov zodpovednosti výkonu rôznych právnických povolaní v súvislosti s hodnotami, ktorým by mali právnické profesie slúžiť. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na inštitút súdneho exekútora a jeho postavenie ako verejného činiteľa.
