The position of a probation officer in the post-penitentiary care system
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem působení probačního úředníka na resocializaci klienta. Práce se dělí na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem vnímají klienti Probační a mediační služby probačního úředníka v rámci jejich resocializace. Pro zjištění výzkumných dat byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the process of the probation officer's action on the client's resocialization. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the clients of the Probation and Mediaton Service perceive the probation officer within their resocialization. Qualitative research was chosen to find out the research data.
