Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem zpracovala aktuální právní úpravu pracovní doby a práce přesčas v zákoníku práce, tedy úpravu účinnou ke konci března 2008. Nejprve jsem se zabývala definicí pracovní doby, rozvrhováním pracovní doby, dále pracovní pohotovostí, noční prací a přestávkami v práci. The topic of my diploma thesis was Working time and overtime - the regulation in the new Labour Code. My thesis explains the definition of working time, working emergency, night shift and working breaks. The second part of my thesis deal with overtime working.
