Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o syndromu vyhoření se zaměřením na jeho výskyt ve zdravotnické profesi. Hlavním cílem práce je objasnit problematiku syndromu vyhoření a zjistit jeho výskyt mezi radiologickými asistenty. Za tímto účelem bylo realizováno výzkumné šetření. This bachelor thesis deals with burnout syndrome focused on it´s occurrence in the medical profession. The main aim of this work is to clarify the issue of burnout syndrome and find out its occurrence among radiological assistants. For this purpose, a research survey was carried out.
