Abstract:
V diplomové práci teoretické části se zabývám zátěžovými situacemi, kterými jsou konflikt, frustrace a stres. Věnuji se převážně stresu a strategiím zaměřených na jeho zvládnutí. Abstract:
In the theoretical part of this thesis I analyse the principal difficult situations, i.e. conflict, frustration and stress. I particularly concentrate on stress andstress management strategies. The main focus is devoted to university studies and the corresponding age category consequently I mention the significance of the advisorycentre for university students in my work.
