Cílem bakalářské práce je zaměření se na hotelnictví jak po teoretické stránce, tak praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o historii hotelnictví, pojmech ubytování a stravování, rozdělení ubytovacích zařízení, o legislativě a cestovním ruchu. In my bachelor thesis I deal with the preoccupation of hotel industry - in the theoretical part as well as in the practical part. The theoretical part of my thesis describes the history of hotel, the concepts of acomodation and gastronomy, the division of acomodation services, the legislation and the tourism.
