Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku Karviné v letech 1918-1930. Cílem práce je zachytit péči o zaměstnance ve sledovaném období. Obsahem práce je stručná historie města, popisuje historii hornictví. Představuje největší zaměstnavatele, kteří v regionu působili a jejich vliv na péči o zaměstnance. This bachelorś thesis examines the issue of Karviná between the years 1918 and 1930. The aim of the work is to capture the care of emloyees in the period under review. The content of the work is a brief view into history of the city and it describes the historiy of mining in the region.
