Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou implementace kontaktního centra založeného na technologii IP v prostředí velké společnosti. Řeší detailní specifika použitého technologického rámce a reflektuje konkrétní implementační projekt interního kontaktního centra.
Abstract:
Thesis describes problematics of IP contact center implentation design for the enterprise enviroment. Thesis concerns detail scpecifics of used technology framework and reflect particular implementation project of the internal contact center.
