Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with optimizing of existing implementation of Cellular Potts Model (in C/C++), which is widely used to simulate behaviour of cell's population in various biological processes. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je optimalizovať existujúcu implementáciu Cellular Potts Modelu, ktorý slúži na simulovanie populácií buniek v rôznych biologických situáciách. Táto optimalizácia bude pozostávať z troch fáz. V prvej fáze sa analyzujú použité algoritmy. Algoritmy so zlou časovou zložitosťou budú nahradené inými efektívnejšími.
