Proposal to amend the remuneration of employees in the company ADORÉ, Ltd.
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh na změnu odměňování v konkrétní společnosti. K dosahování vytyčených cílů musí firma vytvářet takové pracovní prostředí, aby zaměstnanci byli spokojeni, k čemuž přispívá i spravedlivé hodnocení výkonu zaměstnance. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo na základě znalostí a analýzy odměňovacího systému navrhnout efektivnější systém odměňování.
Abstract:
The subject of this dissertation is a proposal to amend the remuneration in a particular company. To achieve its objectives, the company must create work environment that employees were satisfied, to which contributes a fair assessment of the employee´s performance.
