Trh práce v podmienkach tranzitívnej ekonomiky predstavuje inštitucionálny nástroj, ktorý umožňuje úspešne zvládnuť nezamestnanosť pri prechode od centrálne plánovaného k trhovému hospodárstvu. Labour market according to transitive economy represents an institutional device, which enables a succesfully encompassment of an unemployment in transition from central plan-ning to a market economy.
