Regional Policy in the Microregion Lounské Podlesí

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou regionální politiky a regionálního rozvoje. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku regionální politiky a také rozvoj venkova, který je specifickou oblastí. V praktické části je popsána regionální problematika několika obcí Ústeckého kraje, které jsou sdruženy v mikroregion Lounské Podlesí. Mikroregion je jednou z možností, jak menší obce s obdobnými podmínkami a problematikou mohou snadněji řešit místní situace, které se týkají jejich dalšího rozvoje v různých oblastech, např. infrastruktury, zaměstnanosti, cestovního ruchu či jiné spolupráce. Otázkou je, zda toto sdružení obcí je výhodné z hlediska získávání dotací, ale i zda plní funkci, kterou si zakladatelé na počátku představovali. Jaké jsou možnosti rozvoje této oblasti. K tomuto jsem použila analýzu dotazníkového šetření mezi občany a jednotlivými představiteli obcí. Existence mikroregionu má určitě svá pozitiva, kterými jsou spolupráce mezi obcemi, snaha zapojit do rozvoje obce i občany a uplatňování principu subsidiarity. Existují ale také negativa spočívající hlavně ve finanční problematice, protože činnost mikroregionů není podporována např. od státu a také ve vzájemné spolupráci zainteresovaných obcí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with regional policy and regional development. The theoretical part approaches the issue of regional policy and rural development, which is a specific area. The practical part describes the regional problems of several municipalities in the Ústí region, which are grouped in the micro Louny Archet. he micro-region is one of the options, as the smaller communities with similar conditions and problems may be easier to solve the local situation concerning their further development in various areas such as infrastructure, employment, tourism and other cooperation. The question is whether the association of municipalities is advantageous in terms of getting grants, but they fulfill the function that the founders imagined at the beginning. What are the possibilities of development in this area. For this I used an analysis of questionnaire survey among individual citizens and community representatives. The existence of micro definitely has its strengths, namely cooperation between the municipalities and the effort involved in the development community and citizens and the application of the principle of subsidiarity. But there are also negative impacts especially in financial issues, because the micro-operation is not supported by the State as well as mutual cooperation of interested municipalities.
