Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší možnosti začlenění prvků aerobiku do výuky tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřily na historii aerobiku, popis druhů aerobiku, na charakteristiku dětského aerobiku a dětí mladšího školního věku. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the possibilities of incorporating the aerobic elements into the tuition of the physical training at the infant school. In the theoretical part we focused on the history of aerobics and the description of different kinds of aerobics, characteristics of the infant aerobics and the aerobics for the children of younger school age.
