Tato diplomová práce se zabývá benchmarkingem v oboru čerpacích stanic, kde je srovnávána společnost OMW Česká republika, s. r. o. s průměrem v oboru a s nejlepší společností v odvětví. Teoretická část je zaměřena na benchmarking, využití finanční analýzy a nefinanční modely EFQM a Balanced Scorecard. Abstract:
This thesis deals with benchmarking of petrol stations. It compares OMV Czech Republic, s. r. o. with fields average and with the top company of it. Theoretical part is devoted to benchmarking, using financial analysis and EFQM and Balanced Scorecard schemes. Next section is aimed on field analysis of selected petrol stations to find out average field results from 2009 to 2013. Best of compared companies …more
