Spokojenost cestujících s kvalitou služeb na Hlavním nádraží v Praze

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou spokojeností cestujících s kvalitou služeb v Praze na Hlavním nádraží. V rámci analytické části, prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, bude zjišťován aktuální stav potřeb cestujících v Praze na Hlavním nádraží. Na základě výstupů provedené analýzy budou navržena opatření ve snaze zlepšit komfort cestujících v Praze na hlavním nádraží.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of passenger´s satisfaction with the quality of services at Prague main railway station. In the analytical part, through a questionnaire survey, the current state of passenger´s needs in Prague main railway station will be determined. Based on the results of the analysis, measures will be proposed to improve the comfort of passengers at Prague main railway station.
