Unique Gastronomic Concept

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je deskripce ojedinělého gastronomického konceptu „Qsine“ a teoretický popis jeho zavedení na trh České republiky konkrétně města Prahy s návratností investic do 3 let. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy gastronomie, její vznik a vývoj a dále je zde přiblížena problematika zážitkové gastronomie a marketingového mixu 5P. Analytická část obsahuje detailní deskripci aplikovaného konceptu „Qsine“, jeho klíčových prvků, které jej činí ojedinělým. Pozornost je věnována segmentaci potenciálních zákazníků a dále je provedena analýza vybraných konkurentů. Následuje stanovení konkurenční ceny, kalkulace odhadovaných vstupních investic a provozních nákladů a jejich návratnosti. V návrhové části jsou shrnuta data a poznatky získané během vypracování práce a jsou zde předkládány návrhy a doporučení, jež by měly vést k pozitivní změně. Ty se týkají především snižování vstupních investic a nákladů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe a unique gastronomic concept "Qsine" and theoretical description of its introduction to the market of the Czech Republic, specifically Prague with a return on investment within 3 years. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of gastronomy, its origin and development. There is written about the idea of experiential gastronomy and marketing mix 5P after. In the analytical part there is a detailed description of the applied concept "Qsine" and the key elements that make it unique. Attention is paid to the segmentation of potential customers and further analysis of selected competitors. It is followed by a determination of competitive prices, calculation of estimated initial investment and operating costs and their return. Last section summarizes data and findings gathered during the preparation of the thesis and there are also proposals and recommendations, which should lead to positive change. These relate primarily to the reduction of investments and costs.
