Práce se zabývá šířením rizikové inovace mezi mladými sportovci. Jejím hlavním cílem je ukázat a pochopit šíření specifické inovace v prostředí subkultury ovlivňované vlastními hodnotami a normami. The work deals with the diffusion of risky innovation among young athletes. Its main aim is to show and help to understand the spread of specific innovation in subculture influenced by its own values and norms. It examines the way of how that innovation contributes to the formation of subcultural identity of the member and how member of the subculture is generally perceived.
