Diplomová práca sa zaoberá strategickým riadením ľudských zdrojov ako súčasti manažmentu banky. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické východiská skúmanej problematiky – definuje podstatu, cieľ a subjekty riadenia ľudských zdrojov a nadväzujúce personálne činnosti.
