Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je společnosti Czech Blades s.r.o., zpracovat a na základě dostupných informací navrhnout nejvýhodnější variantu vstupu na trh ve Vietnamu. Teoretická část shrnuje problematiku mezinárodního obchodu, strategického plánování a vstupu na zahraniční trh. V praktické části se zabývám vhodností exportní strategie.
Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is for the firm Czech Blades s.r.o. to propose the most appropriate option entry to the markets od Vietnam. The theoretical part sums the problematics of international business, atrategic planning and entry into a foreign market. In the practical part I am concerned export strategy.
