Tax Revenues of Municipalities

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je rozbor daňových příjmů obcí. V teoretické části práce jsou rozepsána pravidla rozpočtové skladby a jednotlivé daně, které jsou příjmem obecního rozpočtu, a to v členění dle způsobu příjmu daně, tedy v členění na daně sdílené, svěřené a místní poplatky. Praktická část práce analyzuje v daném členění daňové příjmy města Louny, včetně aspektů, které mají na výběr daně vliv, a to v časové řadě za období posledních 5 let, tedy let 2007-2011.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is an analysis of the taxable incomes of the local governments. In the theoretical part of the thesis the rules of budgetary structure and the severable taxes, which are the income of municipal budget, are defined, specifically in segmentation in accordance with the way of income of taxes, thus in segmentation into shared, conferred taxes and local charges. The practical part of this thesis analyses the taxable incomes of the town Louny in given segmentation, inclusive the aspects, which influence levy of taxes in temporal arrangement in the term of the last 5 years, thus during the years 2007-2011.
