The education in municipal authorities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání ve veřejné správě – v územních samosprávných celcích, především je zaměřena na vzdělávání zaměstnanců zařazených do Městského úřadu Města Blansko. V teoretické části je rozpracována dosavadní právní úprava, její zhodnocení a analýza vybraných personálních procesů spojených se vzděláváním. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci právních předpisů v oblasti vzdělávání na Městském úřadu Města Blansko, na zhodnocení nastavených vybraných procesů spojených se vzděláváním a provedení dotazníkového šetření. Závěr je vyhodnocením zjištěných nedostatků a návrhem nastavení nového systému vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The bachelor work (below only “work”) is concerned with education in the field of Public Administration – especially in municipal authorities. The work is focused on the employees of municipal office of the city of Blansko. There are three parts of the work – theoretic part, practical part and conclusion. The first – theoretic part describe the legal regulations including the evaluation and the Analyse of the specific personal processes involved in education. The practical part is focused on application of the legal regulations in the field of education in municipal office of the city of Blansko. There is also the evaluation of the setting specific processes involved in education in the practical part. The questionnaire examination and its evaluation is also the part of the practical section. The conclusion is conceived as the final part focused on evaluation of recognized disadvantages and suggests the new system of education in municipal office of the city of Blansko.
