Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detekcí bakterií rodu Staphylococcus. Nejdříve byly diskovou difúzní metodou otestovány vybrané bakteriální kmeny na antimikrobiální látky. Cílem práce bylo zavést a optimalizovat metodu polymerázové řetězové reakce pro detekci genů souvisejících s rezistencí na konkrétní antimikrobiální látky. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the detection of bacteria of the genus Staphylococcus. First, selected bacterial strains were tested for antimicrobial agents by disk diffusion method. The aim of the thesis was to introduce and optimize a polymerase chain reaction method for the detection of genes related to resistance to specific antimicrobials.
