Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na spolupráci mezi asistentem pedagoga a pedagogem v prostředí mateřské školy. Teoretická část analyzuje výchovně vzdělávací proces v mateřské škole a představuje osobnost asistenta pedagoga. The bachelor thesis focuses on the cooperation between a teaching assistant and a teacher in a kindergarten. The theoretical part analyses the educational process in kindergarten and introduces the personality of the teaching assistant.
