Tato diplomová práce se zabývá chůzí a cyklistikou jako aktivní formou dopravy, a je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá pohybovou aktivitou, charakteristikou chůze a cyklistiky, jejich fyziologickými aspekty a začlenění těchto způsobů transportu do zdravého způsobu života.
