Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zájmem studentů vysokých škol v České republice o zaměstnanecké benefity. V teoretické části práci jsou shrnuty základní charakteristiky generace Z a krátce představeny jednotlivé zaměstnanecké benefity. V praktické části bylo ke zjištění zájmu studentů VŠ o zaměstnanecké benefity použito dotazníkové šetření, jehož výsledky byly analyzovány a prezentovány v grafech a tabulkách. Dotazníkové šetření sledovalo kromě zájmu o zaměstnanecké benefity také pracovní zkušenosti generace Z a zájem této generace o podnikání. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které jsou porovnány s dalšími již provedenými výzkumy uvedenými v teoretické části.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about the interests of university students in the Czech Republic in employee benefits. The theoretical part of the thesis is summarizing the basic characteristics of generation Z and briefly introducing employee benefits. In the practical part, a questionnaire was used to determine the interests of university students in employee benefits. The outcomes were analysed and presented in graphs and tables. The survey also observed work experience of the generation and the interests in entrepreneurship. At the end of the work are summarized the results of the survey, which were compared with the researches mentioned in the theoretical part.
