Motivation of employees in non-profit Organization Charita Česká Lípa

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci zaměstnanců v neziskových organizacích jak obecně, tak i konkrétně v organizaci Charita Česká Lípa. Lidská složka je jednou z nejdůležitějších částí každé organizace, proto je důležité, aby byla vhodně a efektivně nastavena strategie a systém týkající se této oblasti. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace nejdůležitějších motivátorů zaměstnanců a jejich spokojenosti s nimi. Dále se práce zabývá otázkou, zda charakter neziskové organizace může být důvodem pro zaměstnance, aby se rozhodli pro práci v ní. Pro dosažení cílů byla využita kombinace kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody. Dotazníkové šetření bylo použito k získání pohledu zaměstnanců na motivaci v organizaci. Hloubkový rozhovor s personalistkou organizace byl použit pro zjištění přístupu a systému řešení této otázky. Výsledky ukázaly, že charakter organizace může být důležitým motivátorem pro zaměstnance. Nicméně byla zjištěna slabá místa v současném systému motivace a navrhnuta opatření k zlepšení této problematiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of employee motivation in non-profit, specifically focusing on Charita Česká Lípa. The human component is one of the most important parts of any organization; therefore it is crucial that the strategy and system related to this area are set appropriately and effectively. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the most important motivators of employees and their satisfaction with them. Additionally, the thesis explores whether the nature of non-profit organizations can be a factor in employees' decision to work in them. To answer these questions, a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey was used to determine the employees' attitude. Simultaneously, a qualitative method was also employed in the form of an in-depth interview with the organization's human resources officer to determine the approach and system for solving this issue. The main finding is that the nature of the organization can be a significant motivator for employees. Furthermore, the study identified weak points in the solution of this issue and proposed measures to address them.
