Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou interní komunikace ve firmě. V teoretické části jsou blíže vysvětleny pojmy, jako je interní komunikace, manažerská komunikace, motivace, komunikační kanály, nebo dopady nedostatečné komunikace ve firmě.
