Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na psychologickou problematiku a emoce sester, konkrétně na jeden z nejnápadnějších projevů emoce – pláč. Zajímaly nás názory na pláč u sester a mezi sestrami v intenzivní péči. Sběr dat byl realizován formou kvalitativního výzkumu, prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s otázkami vlastní konstrukce. Abstract:
This master’s thesis is focused on psychological Intensive Care Nurse´s issues and emotions. Crying is unique emotional expression. We are interested in opinions on crying among nurses in intensive care unit. Finding were summarized by qualitative research, using a semi-structured interview with questions of own construction.
