Analýza vybraných služeb ve zvolené lokalitě

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá na základě analýzy dotazníkového šetření a pozorování služby turistických informačních center v oblasti Sedlčanska. Dotazníkové šetření se zaměřuje na klienty zkoumaných informačních center a hodnocení jejich konkrétních požadavků. Bakalářská práce dochází k závěru, že informační centra v oblasti Sedlčanska by se měla zaměřit na zkvalitnění služeb, ale také dalších faktorů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis, using a questionnaire analysis, and using an observation, examines the services of tourist information centers in the region of Sedlčany.
