Diplomová práca sa sústreďuje na problematiku kolaboratívnej ekonomiky a jej vplyv na ubytovacie a stravovacie zariadenia. Kolaboratívna ekonomika predstavuje ekonomický systém, ktorý sa začal rozvíjať len pred niekoľkými rokmi a odvtedy rastie rýchlym tempom.
