Přínosy komunitní práce při práci se seniory

Abstract:
Absolventská práce představuje přínosy komunitní práce při práci se seniory ve městě Frýdek-Místek. Tato práce poukazuje na možnosti integrace seniorů se sníženou soběstačností, kdy důležitou roli hraje nejen jednotlivec, rodinní příslušníci, různé typy služeb, ale zejména nastavení spolupráce mezi těmito různorodými subjekty.
Abstract:
Graduate thesis presents the benefits of community work when working with seniors in Frydek-Mistek. This study points to the possibility of integration of seniors with reduced autonomy, which plays an important role not only the individual, family members, various types of services, but especially of cooperation between these diverse entities.
