Abstract:
V rámci příprav vstupu do Evropské unie byl v České republice vytvořen komplexní kontrolní systém,jehož výsledkem by mělo být hospodárné, účelné a efektivní využívání veřejných financí. Bakalářská práce poukazuje na problémové otázky při aplikaci finanční kontroly v obcích a v jimi zřízených organizacích a navrhuje řešení nedostatků v této oblasti.
Abstract:
During the preparation of the Czech Republic for EU accession a komplex inspection mechanism was created; its main goal should lead to economical, functional and effeciet use of public financial resources.
