Acute urological Emergencies in Men in Prehospital Care

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou akutní urologické stavy u mužů v přednemocniční péči, se kterými se výjezdové skupiny zdravotnické záchranné služby setkávají velice často. Práce se zabývá problematikou akutních stavů v urologii. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána urologie jako obor obecně, ve zkratce popisuje anatomii vylučovacího systému a vylučovací systém muže. Teoretická část také zmiňuje způsob diagnostiky akutních stavů pomocí fyzikálního vyšetření a zobrazovacích metod. Taktéž se zabývá popisem akutních stavů a popisuje nejčastější akutní stavy v urologii. Každý akutní stav obsahuje popis onemocnění, diagnostiku a léčbu. V praktické části je uvedeno 6 kazuistik akutních stavů, které byly zmíněny v bakalářské práci. Ve zkratce popisuje anamnézu, vyšetřovací metody, léčbu a závěr. V závěru práce je popsáno, jak se chovat k urologickým pacientům. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s oborem urologie a představit jim pacienty s akutními urologickými stavy.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis is Acute urological Emergencies in Men in Prehospital Care, which responding units of emergency medical services often experience. This thesis deals with Acute urological Emergencies in Men in Prehospital Care. In the theoretical part of the thesis urology is described in general, it briefly describes the anatomy of the excretory system and the male excretory system. The theoretical part also mentions the method of diagnosis of urgent states by using physical examination and display methods. It also deals with urgent states and describes the most common urgent states in urology. Every mentioned urgent state includes a description of the disease, diagnosis and treatment. In the practical part there are six case reports of urgent states which were mentioned in the graduate thesis. It briefly describes the anamnesis, examination methods, treatment and conclusion. At the end of the thesis is described how to treat with urological patients. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the topic of urological specialization to readers and to present patients with acute urological states.
