Tato diplomová práce se věnuje právním aspektům monitoringu osob technickými prostředky. Zaměřuje se zejména na ústavní rozměr sledování osob, a to v rámci soukromoprávních vztahů. This thesis deals with the legal aspects of the monitoring of persons by technical means. It focuses in particular on the constitutional dimension of the monitoring in the context of private law relations. At first the analysis of issues in tracking using CCTV systems, followed the discussion on tracking through mobile and GPS technologies.
