Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza a komparace manažerských stylů. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky o osobnosti úspěšného manažera, včetně jeho funkce a role. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé styly řízení, s objasněním principů delegování a motivování. Teoretickou část uzavírá shrnutí poznatků o týmové práci a vedení porad. The subject of the submitted thesis is an analysis and comparison of leadership styles. The first part deals with the theoretical bases of the successful manager's personality, including his qualities and role.
