The Communication Skills of Employees Working in the Tourism Industry Focusing on Accommodation Services
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikačních dovednosti pracovníků v cestovním ruchu se zaměřením na ubytovací služby. Cílem práce je porovnat požadavky zaměstnavatele tuzemského Pražského hotelového řetězce na komunikační dovednosti a schopnosti u pracovníků recepce s jejich skutečnými komunikačními dovednostmi a schopnostmi v praxi.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis follow up with problems of communications skills and abilities of eployees in tourism focusing on accomodation services. The main goal of this work is to compare employers requirments of comunication skills and abilities with real skills and abilities of reception staff in reality.
