Criminal Sanctions in the New Penal Code
Abstract:
Téma moji bakalářské práce je Trestní sankce v novém trestním zákoníku. S účinností od 1.1.2010 byly do našeho trestního zákoníku, zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., zavedeny dva nové druhy alternativních trestů. Jedná se o trest domácí vězení a zákaz vstupu na sportovní kulturní a jiné společenské akce.
Abstract:
The theme of my thesis is the criminal penalties in the new Criminal Code. It has been with effect from 1.1.2010 in our Penal Code, Act No. 40/2009 Coll., introduced two new types of alternative punishment. This is a sentence under house arrest and travel ban on sporting and other cultural events.
