The presented bachelor thesis deals mainly with the theory of stress and its coping with cognitive strategies at nurses/brothers. The first part of the theoretical part solves the con-cepts of stress from the point of view of some authors, stressors and stressful situations, types and symptoms of stress, burnout syndrome and, last but not least, coping strategies.
