Abstract:

Cílem předkládané disertační práce je analýza obrazů identit národů, etnik a dílčích kolektivů v románech německy a česky píšících autorů širšího Ostravska mezi roky 1918-1945. Klíčovou metodou pro výzkum se stala komparativní imagologie za součinnosti teoretických konceptů gender studies a blíže specifikované teorie mytologizace. Širší Ostravsko se v minulosti stalo oblastí specifických národnostních, etnických, společenských proměn. Existovala zde řada národnostních, etnických a regionálně identifikovaných kolektivů. Zkoumané prózy českých a německých autorů (František Sokol-Tůma, Vojtěch Martínek, Maria Stona, Gottfried Rothacker, August Scholtis aj.) představují vhodný materiál pro výzkum románových ztvárnění zmíněných identit z pohledu socio-kulturně orientované komparativní imagologie. Předkládané analýzy zároveň berou v úvahu širší historický kontext.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the images of the identities of nations, ethnic groups and partial collectives in the Czech and German written novels of authors in the broader region Ostravsko between 1918-1945. The key method of this research has become comparative imagology, in conjunction with theoretical concepts of gender studies and closer specified theory of mythologization. In the past, the broader region Ostravsko became an area of specific national, ethnic and social changes. There were a number of national, ethnic and regionally identified collectives. The examined proses of Czech and German authors (František Sokol-Tůma, Vojtěch Martínek, Maria Stona, Gottfried Rothacker, August Scholtis etc.) represent a suitable material for the research of fictional portrayals of these identities from the perspective of socio-culturally oriented comparative imagology. The presented analyses also take into account the broader historical context.
