Pre-school Education For Visually Impaired Children

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit možnosti, specifika, důležitost a přínos předškolní přípravy zrakově postižených dětí. Práce sestává z teoretické a praktické části. Obsahem teoretické části jsou základní informace o zrakovém postižení, zabýváme se osobností dítěte se zrakovým postižením a podstatnou část tvoří právě samotná problematika předškolní přípravy těchto dětí. Vzhledem k tomu, že největší zastoupení ve skupině dětí se zrakovým postižením tvoří děti s poruchou binokulárního vidění, je jim věnována největší pozornost. Cílem praktické části bylo analyzovat specifika předškolní přípravy dětí se zrakovým postižením v konkrétní mateřské škole pro zrakově postižené. Pro toto výzkumné šetření byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup. Značná část zprávy z výzkumného šetření je zpracována do formy kazuistik, jelikož na konkrétních případech můžeme lépe porozumět sledované problematice.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to introduce possibilities, specifics and the importance of the visually impaired children?s pre-school education . The thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The first, theoretical part aims to bring elemental information about the visual impairment. It engages in handicapped child?s personality and the most empasized is the pursuit on the children?s pre-school education itself. The main focus is on children with disability of binocular vision, be couse of the abundace of its occurrence. The purpose of the practical part of the thesis is to analyse visually impaired children?s pre-school education in the particular kindergarten. Qualitative method was chosen for this factual research. Extensive part of the report is elaborated in the form of the casuistries considering the better understanding of the issue if put into particular cases.
