Practice and Improvement of Processing of the Ball in the Categories from U- 6 to U-10 in Football
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval problematikou nácviku a zdokonalování útočných herních činností jednotlivce – konkrétně zpracováním míče do pohybu – v kategorii přípravek ve fotbale. Vytvořil jsem zásobník vhodných cvičení na danou herní činnost pro tuto věkovou kategorii.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I dealt wih the issue of practice and improvement attacking individual game skills – specifically the processing of the ball into motion – in the categories U-6 to U-10 in football. I created a stock of exercises suitable for a given game skill for this age category.
