Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na přímý zápis laserem do skel systému GeSbS a studium vytvořených povrchových útvarů, převážně mikročoček. Skla byla syntetizována, připravena do objemových vzorků v optické kvalitě a byly vyhodnoceny jejich optické a termické vlastnosti na základě UV-Vis spektroskopie a diferenciální skenovací kalorimetrie (DSC). This diploma thesis is focused on the direct laser writing into the glasses of GeSbS system and study of created surface formations, especially microlenses. The glasses were synthesized, then processed into bulk samples of optical quality and their optical and thermal properties were determined based on UV-Vis spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
