This thesis deals with the women's voting issue in the United States. It emphasizes the importance of equal voting rights and lists arguments of both supporters and opponents of the Women's Suffrage Movement. Táto práca sa zaoberá volebnou problematikou žien v Spojených Štátoch. Zdôrazňuje dôležitosť rovnoprávneho volebného práva a rieši argumenty podporovateľov, ale aj oponentov Hnutia za volebné práva žien. Táto práca taktiež obsahuje pohľad na život žien pred začiatkom hnutia, zaoberá sa západnými štátmi a teritóriami, ktoré získali ženské volebné právo už pred rokom 1920 a obsahuje prehľad udalostí …more
