Práce se věnuje dálkovému průzkumu Země a jeho zaměření na problematiku sledování úbytku ledovců. Popisuje konkrétní příklady, jak byly ledovce pozorovány. Abstract:
This thesis deals with remote sensing and it focuses on the issue of monitoring loss of glaciers. It describes methods for monitoring glaciers. This work describes remote sensing, satellites, glaciers and contains a practical demonstration of the use of satellite images. The satelite images are from Landsat 7 from years 2007, 2010 and 2013.
