Analysis and Management of Financial Risks of a Manufacturing Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem analýzy a řízení finančních rizik výrobního podniku Continental Barum s.r.o v letech 2018-2022. Cílem práce je za pomoci vybraných metod finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy identifikovat finanční rizika podniku a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení stavu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a metody vztahující se k řešení dané problematiky. V praktické části je podnik za pomoci vybraných metod analyzován. V závěrečné části jsou interpretovány výsledky provedených analýz a navržena opatření pro minimalizaci finančních rizik.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of analysis and management of financial risks of the manufacturing company Continental Barum s.r.o. in the years 2018-2022. The aim of the thesis is to identify financial risks of the company and to propose measures for improving the situation using selected methods of financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis consists of two parts. The first theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods related to the problem. In the practical part, the enterprise is analysed using the selected methods. In the final part, the results of the analyses are interpreted and measures for minimizing financial risks are proposed.
