Postpenitentiary care in the asylum shelter Nová šance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postpenitenciární péči s osobami po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části se píše o sociální práci s osobami po i během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, a také o postpenitenciární péči. Dále jsou zde popsány metody práce s klientem po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, kterými se řídí sociální pracovníci. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na azylový dům Nová šance, a také na to, jak zde probíhá postpenitenciární péče. Cílem mé teoretické části bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak probíhá sociální práce s osobami ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a jakým způsobem navazuje na postpenitenciární péči. Aplikační část se věnuje komparaci faktorů, které ovlivňují klienty azylového domu Nová šance pro znovuzačlenění do společnosti. Cílem mé aplikační části je zjistit, jaké okolnosti ovlivňují vybrané klienty azylového domu Nová šance v resocializaci do společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with post-penitentiary care with people after imprisonment. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and application part. In the theoretical part is written about social work with people after and during the imprisonment, and also on post-penitentiary care. There are also described methods of working with a client after the execution of imprisonment by social workers. Conclusion of the theoretical parts is focused to the Asylum House Nová šance, as well as to how postpenitentiary care is taking place here. The aim of my theoretical part of my bachelor thesis is to find out how social work is taking place with people in the execution of imprisonment and how it follows up on post-penitentiary care. The application part deals with the comparison of factors that affect the clients of the Asylum House Nová šance for Reintegration into Society. The aim of my application part is to find out, which circumstances affect selected clients of the Asylum House Nová šance in resocialization into society.
