Bakalářská práce popisuje proces přijímání práva na úrovni obcí a tuto problematiku aplikuje na příkladu daňového práva. Obce jsou samosprávnými jednotkami a měly by mít možnost získávat vlastní příjmy. Daňové právo jim to umožňuje, ale pouze v omezené podobě. The diploma thesis describes the process of acceptation of law on the municipal level – this topic is applied on the example of the tax law. Municipalities are self-government units and should have a possibility to gain own revenues. Tax law makes it possible but only in a restricted form.
