Streamline Cost Management Project in Relation to the Production Performance in the Selected Mitas Division

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem řízení nákladů ve společnosti Mitas, a.s. První část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na získání teoretických poznatků z oblasti nákladů, jejich pojetí, členění a nástrojů řízení. V praktické části po představení společnosti se věnujeme analyzování dosavadního řízení nákladů na energie. Na základě této analýzy jsou nalezeny nedostatky v plánování nákladů. Cílem práce je na základě nedostatků v řízení nákladů navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení navrženého opatření v plánování nákladu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the cost management in the company Mitas, a.s. The first part of the diploma thesis focuses on acquisition of theoretical knowledge in the area of company costs, the underlying concepts of costs segregation and allocation, and commonly used management tools. In the practical part, after the company introduction, we are analy-zing the current company energy costs management. Based on the analysis, it may be conc-luded that shortcomings and inefficiencies in the energy cost planning are present. The main goal of the analysis is then to outline measures leading into the cost management improvement. The conclusion of the thesis provides for evaluation of the proposed mea-sures and their impact on the energy costs planning.
